I’m Cameron Stewart, a Professional Counselor (PLPC) specializing in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, and life changes. My approach is rooted in compassion and empowerment, aiming to help clients discover their inner strength and problem-solving abilities. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I’m flexible and open to various approaches to suit each person’s unique needs. In addition to individual therapy, I offer experienced support in couples counseling, working to foster understanding and growth in relationships.
